Night Shift Monitoring Supervisor

Lead the night shift, set priorities, assign monitoring responsibilities, and adjust coverage as shipment activity changes. Oversee active shipment monitoring, ensure alerts are reviewed and acted upon, and coordinate notifications to customers and stakeholders. Conduct structured handoffs to the incoming supervisor, transferring ownership of active incidents and high-risk shipments.

Demonstrated experience leading or coordinating an operations, monitoring, security, logistics, or customer service team. Ability to work a consistent night-shift schedule, including weekends and holidays. Strong judgment, exceptional attention to detail, and clear communication skills.
