Lead the strategy and evolution of the Risk Management product portfolio for SMEs, including Credit Granting, Portfolio Monitoring, and Collection solutions. Understand the customer credit journey to ensure a customized portfolio for SMEs. Direct the Risk Management Tribe, overseeing PMs/POs and indirectly managing designers and developers, focusing on continuous value delivery to clients.

At least 10 years of experience in relevant fields. Advanced/Fluent English for conducting discussions, projects, and presentations with the global team. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interact effectively with various stakeholders. Deep experience in Digital Products, including value proposition, pricing, valuation, PMM, and BizDev.
