Participate in strategic process transformation initiatives for the bank. Analyze business objectives and identify opportunities to redesign processes from an AI First perspective. Design future processes using BPMN in ARIS, considering customer experience, business, technology, controls, and AI capabilities.
What We're Looking For
Advanced students or graduates in Systems Engineering or Industrial Engineering with a specialization in Artificial Intelligence. Experience in process analysis and redesign, preferably using BPMN with ARIS. Interest in intelligent automation and emerging technologies.
