Remote Estimator (Heavy Civil and Earthwork)

Perform takeoffs and bid preparation from plans and specifications. Handle RFIs, submittals, and revisions while coordinating with subcontractors and vendors. Manage pre-construction support and site coordination documentation, and review complex public bid packages to ensure compliance.

6+ years of experience in construction estimating, specifically in heavy civil, earthwork, and asphalt/paving. Fluent English speaker with proven US construction experience. Familiarity with Bluebeam, Heavy Bid, or similar estimating software is required.

Compensation ranges from $1,500 to $2,500 USD per month, depending on experience. This is a full-time position requiring 40 hours per week in the Eastern Time zone.
