Technology Strategic Partnering Legal Manager

Draft, review, and negotiate complex contracts related to the partner ecosystem, including confidentiality agreements, collaboration, alliances, licensing, and renewals. Provide legal advice on go-to-market models, third-party compensation, and revenue sharing. Analyze complex business scenarios, identify legal risks, and develop practical strategies for mitigation.

Minimum of 8 years of legal experience in a corporate legal department or law firm, with strong transactional and complex commercial contract negotiation skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to simplify complex issues and influence various stakeholders. Bachelor's degree in Law (JD, LL.B. or equivalent) and applicable professional registration.
