Plans, directs, and monitors the activities of a sales team to achieve established sales targets. Develops and implements business strategies for existing and potential accounts. Coaches sales representatives on technical aspects of products and sales techniques to help them achieve their targets.

Requires a Baccalaureate degree or equivalent and a minimum of 15 years of relevant sales experience or an advanced degree with a minimum of 13 years of relevant sales experience. Minimum of 10 years of managerial experience is also required.
