Over 10 years of professional experience, with at least 5 years in project management roles and 3 years leading complex projects. Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. PMP certification required.

Hybrid work model with in-person attendance 3 times a week in Miraflores, Lima, Peru.
