Plant Engineering UTR Mexico Supervisor

Plan and schedule corrective and preventive maintenance activities prioritizing operational needs. Manage the availability of spare parts and supplies by coordinating between maintenance and warehouse. Administer work orders, documentation, and assets in the computerized maintenance management system. Train the team on the proper use of maintenance management system tools.

Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electronic, Electromechanical Engineering or related fields. 5 years of experience in maintenance or planning areas. Experience in mass consumer manufacturing, logistics, pharmaceuticals, or related industries is desirable. Knowledge of maintenance management systems and data analysis tools like Python or BigQuery is desirable. Advanced English language skills are desirable.
