Monitor technical interventions performed on vehicles. Track area indicators and evaluate employee performance. Distribute services within the department. Ensure organization of the sector, including tools, cleanliness, internal rules, and use of PPE. Facilitate communication with internal departments and suppliers.

Bachelor's degree required. Valid driver's license (CNH B). Solid experience in automotive mechanics. Experience in people and process management. Technical or higher education in the area is desirable.
