Negotiate large bids across Brazil related to labor service contracts and CAPEX items such as engineering packaging. Build category budget strategies aligned with key market indicators and incorporate Total Cost Ownership. Facilitate relationships with various stakeholders throughout Brazil and LATAM, as well as external suppliers. Actively participate in cross-area activities not directly related to purchasing, such as finance directorate forums, and promote integration between areas.

Bachelor's degree in Administration, Economics, Engineering, Technology, or related fields. At least 5 years of solid experience in purchasing processes, development of new suppliers, and large-scale service contract negotiations. Knowledge in Cost Breakdown of Services and Materials, and Strategic Sourcing is required. Proficiency in Google tools and MS Office, especially Excel, is necessary, with experience in Ariba, SAP, or CLM being a plus.
