Core Responsibilities

This role involves leading the comprehensive management of subsidy reimbursements, acting as the Process Owner for payroll improvements in SAP, and managing the lifecycle of medical leaves within the system. Key duties also include executing payroll locks, managing T-Registro updates, administering Life Insurance coverage, and processing tax retentions.

Requirements

Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources, specifically with knowledge of subsidy processes and medical leave management. Experience leading system change or improvement projects is also required.
