Analyze risks from the previous shift and develop operational plans for current and future periods. Control productivity indicators and delivery deadlines, coordinating with different areas to prevent operational bottlenecks. Manage attendance, adjust hour gaps, and update training schedules and weekly work shifts. Feed the WMS with volume and capacity data, conduct shift start meetings, and send closure reports via Google Chat.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Administration, Data Science, Production Engineering, or related fields. Proficiency in SQL (BigQuery) and Google Sheets, familiarity with Generative AI tools. Ability to analyze projections and operational indicators. Availability to work in Araçariguama - SP across various shifts.
