Customer Success Implementation Manager

The role involves leading and managing new customer implementation projects with multiple workstreams, developing comprehensive project plans, and acting as the Allego Product expert to guide configuration and training. Responsibilities also include serving as a trusted advisor on best practices, guiding change management, and ensuring a smooth transition to the post-implementation Customer Success team.
Requirements
Candidates must have 2-3 years of dedicated Project Management experience, specifically managing SaaS client implementation projects, including onboarding and relationship management. Required skills include excellent communication, strong interpersonal abilities for building relationships, the capacity to quickly learn software functionality, and proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office, with Salesforce experience being a plus.
