Latam FinCrime Product Compliance and Risk Manager

Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to design KYC, AML, and Anti-Fraud controls that are practical, scalable, and customer-oriented. Perform pre-launch and ongoing FinCrime risk assessments for new products and features. Oversee the remediation of FinCrime-related issues and ensure timely mitigation of regulatory risks.

Deep knowledge of Brazilian FinCrime regulations, specifically BCB Circular 3,978/2020. Fluent in English and Portuguese. Ability to communicate effectively with Engineers and Product Managers, providing actionable recommendations.
