Provide on-site technical support to employees at the Distribution Center. Execute the IT onboarding process, including preparation of laptops, printers, and other equipment. Install, configure, and maintain computers and peripherals used in logistics operations. Address incidents and requests while ensuring compliance with established SLAs.
What We're Looking For
Experience in on-site technical support in corporate and logistics environments. Knowledge of Windows and Google corporate environments. Experience with installation and troubleshooting of laptops, desktops, printers, and mobile devices. Familiarity with ITSM tools and SLA management.
