Commercial Contracts Counsel

Draft, review, and manage commercial agreements while collaborating with U.S.-based Legal, Sales, Finance, and Information Security teams. Provide guidance on contract terms and associated risks, ensuring compliance with company policies and standards. Support contract lifecycle management processes, including approvals and maintenance of accurate contract records.

Bachelor's degree in Law from a recognized Costa Rican university and current good standing with the Colegio de Abogados y Abogadas de Costa Rica. 3-5 years of experience in reviewing and negotiating agreements, with at least 1 year supporting U.S.-based organizations. Knowledge of U.S. commercial contracting practices and experience with data and AI use cases.
