Responsibilities also include maintaining platform knowledge, understanding customer needs, and providing constructive feedback to management.
Requirements
Candidates must possess excellent English communication skills (minimum C1 level) and have 6–12 months of live chat support experience, preferably within crypto or financial services. Basic financial knowledge, crypto industry knowledge, and CRM experience in Salesforce are also required, alongside strong analytical skills.
