Responsibilities also include evaluating portfolio status change requests, monitoring operational performance, analyzing key indicators, and ensuring strict adherence to consumer protection laws during collection management.
Requirements
Candidates must be professionals in Economics, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Operations Research, or related fields, possessing advanced Excel and SQL skills, along with high-impact presentation creation abilities. A minimum of 5 years of experience managing external collection agencies in similar roles is required, with desirable knowledge of R, Python, and Google Apps.
