What You'll Do
Lead, support and mentor the team, ensuring they are working in a safe, standard and efficient manner. Organize and direct the training program for the team to ensure sufficient technical coverage for the shifts. Implement network standards and focus on preventative maintenance to provide a high level of equipment availability.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline (Industrial, Electrical, Mechanical, Civil). Significant practical engineering experience including a supervisory role managing people. Experience in PLC based controls design, development, implementation and support.
