(fluent German & English) On-Demand Customer Support Consultant (Fully Remote)

The consultant will handle inbound customer inquiries, primarily via tickets during designated evening shift hours (COT), and provide on-call support via calls and chats as they arrive. Responsibilities also include clearly documenting cases, escalating complex issues to L2 Support, and troubleshooting hardware-related problems for outdoor camera equipment.
Requirements
Candidates must be fluent (C1 or higher) in both German and English, both spoken and written, and possess 6 to 12 months of prior customer support experience. Availability for consistent night shift hours (CET) is required, along with comfort working under a per-ticket compensation model.
