Lead complex and high-impact technology projects throughout their lifecycle, from opportunity identification and business case development to implementation and closure. Manage project execution, ensuring control of scope, schedule, costs, quality, resources, and documentation while identifying deviations and leading corrective actions. Coordinate the implementation of technological solutions and infrastructure on-site, minimizing impacts on operational continuity.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related engineering discipline. Valid PMP (Project Management Professional) certification. At least 8 years of experience in managing technology projects in the mining industry, including at least 5 years leading related initiatives. Strong knowledge in project management, including planning and control of scope, schedule, costs, resources, and contractual management.
