What You'll Do
Develop strategies on-site to optimize customer experience and drive sales volume. Manage, audit, and control stock to ensure product availability and minimize losses. Supervise cash register openings/closings, schedule management, merchandise reception, and cleanliness standards. Select, train, motivate, and organize tasks for the staff in charge. Monitor sales metrics and analyze competition to adjust commercial tactics.
What We're Looking For
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Store Manager or Supervisor. Previous experience in the beauty, retail, or mass consumption sector. Desirable knowledge or passion for cosmetology, makeup, and perfumery. Ongoing technical or university studies preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Office at a user level.
