Partner with senior leaders to understand hiring objectives and develop recruiting strategies. Track and analyze hiring metrics, reporting progress to leadership. Create strategic plans for sourcing diverse candidates and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the candidate experience.
What We're Looking For
4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Proven ability to attract passive candidates and build diverse pipelines.
