Lead the operation related to the validation and management of vehicles as collateral. Build and scale operational processes for collateral validation. Work closely with Risk to strengthen criteria, controls, and validation processes. Utilize data and metrics to identify opportunities and areas for improvement.

5+ years of experience in operations, risk, credit, or financial services. Experience leading high-volume teams and operations. Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions. Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and experience with dashboards.
