Credit Operations Analyst

Support clients across credit operations, including loan origination, underwriting workflows, credit decisioning, credit risk processes, and collections. Manage a portfolio of B2B client accounts, balancing competing priorities and maintaining consistent follow-up on open issues. Investigate operational incidents, document findings, and coordinate escalations with engineering and other internal teams.

At least two years of experience in credit operations, lending support, or a related financial services role. Experience in loan origination, underwriting, and credit risk, with a solid understanding of credit processes and decisioning workflows. English proficiency at B2 level or above, both written and spoken. Fluency in Spanish.
