Lead the execution of operations and contracts for general services, ensuring operational continuity with a focus on safety, costs, risk control, quality, and sustainability. Supervise the administration of assigned service contracts, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and customer service standards. Implement corrective actions for contractor personnel and propose improvements in service activities.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial or related field. At least 5 years of experience in similar roles, ideally in mining. Knowledge of labor legislation, contract administration, and advanced skills in SAP, Power BI, and Microsoft Office.

100% on-site work at El Soldado Operation, with a 4x3 day shift schedule.
