Sales operations Analyst (Contrato de 3 meses)

Document operational processes, workflows, and controls. Participate in continuous improvement and digital transformation projects. Support CRM management, databases, and sales tracking tools. Generate recommendations to meet objectives, productivity, and customer experience.

Bachelor's degree in Commercial Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Information and Control Management Engineering, Administration Engineering, or related fields. 1 to 3 years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Operations, Operational Excellence, Management Control, or Business Intelligence. Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and basic/intermediate SQL.
