Identify and translate business needs into agent flow designs that generate value. Co-develop complex agent flows in coordination with user areas. Define and monitor performance indicators (KPIs) for each use case. Optimize the behavior of AI agents in production, coordinating with assigned areas.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or quantitative business-related fields. Minimum of 2 years of experience in similar roles. Proven experience in transforming business needs into valuable agent flows. Deep knowledge of large language models (LLMs).
