What You'll Do
Lead the store's operations ensuring compliance with administrative and operational processes. Manage inventory levels and coordinate the replenishment of goods based on demand. Monitor fulfillment processes and provide recommendations for improvements to enhance productivity and profitability.
What We're Looking For
Minimum of 3 years of experience leading and developing teams. At least 3 years of experience in retail, fast food, or supermarket sectors. Experience in loss prevention, stock control, and inventory management is essential.
