Senior Delivery Assurance Engineer

Define and evolve the quality assessment framework and scoring rubric for partner-led engagements. Review partner-led Professional Services engagements to ensure adherence to standards. Document quality findings and collaborate with account teams to drive resolution. Own and report on partner delivery quality KPIs to PS leadership.

5+ years of experience in a field services role, preferably in cybersecurity. Proven experience with SentinelOne or similar technologies. Strong knowledge of security technologies, architecture, and operations. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
