Core Responsibilities

Manage customer service channels such as web forms, WhatsApp, and email, while actively attending to organic and campaign leads to increase conversion into business opportunities. Act as a liaison between the client and business areas for post-sale inquiries and other requirements, ensuring timely follow-up and meeting sales objectives.

Requirements

Candidates must be a graduate or technician in Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields, with a minimum of one year of experience in customer service or sales within the industrial sector. Proficiency in CRM, customer service applications, and intermediate Office 365 skills are required, along with strong planning and communication abilities.
