Software Technical Leader - GenAI Agents

Lead the design and implementation of AI architectures ensuring product excellence, scalability, and maintainability. Plan and prioritize improvements in applications and processes while managing technical debt and technology stack evolution. Ensure the resilience and performance of AI applications by managing technical SLAs, uptime, and vulnerabilities. Define and measure product health metrics to ensure proper incident management and post-mortems. Drive the technical evolution of the team through mentoring and training in hard skills.
Requirements
Solid knowledge in Go or similar programming languages and experience in developing SaaS or PaaS products. Experience in designing microservices architectures and event-driven systems. Proven experience in technical leadership of backend, data, or machine learning teams in complex contexts. Proficiency in observability and monitoring tools like Datadog, Grafana, or similar. Knowledge of AI tools and platforms for implementing high-impact solutions.
