Analista de Operaciones - Fintech

Detect deviations in operations and act quickly, prioritizing user experience and optimizing losses. Analyze, propose, and implement improvements that add real value to operations, leading discussions with internal and external stakeholders. Take ownership of continuous improvement in reconciliation processes: automate, reduce management times, and minimize operational errors.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Systems, Economics, or related field. At least 2 years of experience combining continuous improvement or process quality with data analysis, automation, or BI. Experience using SQL and designing dashboards in Looker Studio or equivalent tools.
