What You'll Do
Manage and develop a portfolio of agribusiness associates, presenting financial solutions tailored to their needs. Prospect new associates and businesses, maintaining active contact and demonstrating genuine interest. Conduct visits to associates and prospects to generate new business and strengthen relationships. Ensure compliance with internal and external regulations while managing the portfolio's delinquency levels.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree required. C-PRO R certification (formerly CPA 20) is necessary. Availability for travel and a valid driver's license (CNH B) are mandatory. Basic knowledge of agribusiness and financial products is desirable.
