Support the maintenance and evolution of the monitoring and observability environment. Monitor alerts, metrics, and events to proactively identify anomalies. Assist in building and maintaining dashboards, alerts, and strategic indicators. Apply SRE concepts and culture daily to support service availability.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields (completed or ongoing). Solid conceptual or practical knowledge in SRE, including understanding SLI, SLO, SLA, and reliability focus. Basic knowledge of operating systems (Linux and Windows) and IT infrastructure.
What We Offer
Hybrid work arrangement with 2-3 days in the office per week. The position is located in Caju/RJ.
