Commercial Construction Estimator (Mechanical Insulation)
AgentCore Responsibilities
Prepare detailed quantity takeoffs and cost estimates for commercial construction projects. Estimate mechanical insulation and support additional scopes such as below-grade waterproofing and metal framing/drywall. Review construction drawings, specifications, and bid documents. Prepare bid packages, RFIs, submittals, and estimating documentation.
Requirements
3+ years of experience estimating U.S. commercial construction projects. Civil Engineering degree or equivalent construction estimating experience preferred. Experience estimating mechanical insulation projects is highly preferred. Proficiency with estimating software such as Edge Estimating, FastWRAP, BuzzBid, or On Center.
