Core Responsibilities

Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat regarding trading accounts and financial products. Facilitate the opening of new accounts and provide support for existing customers while identifying opportunities to utilize company services.

Requirements

Requires a bachelor's degree in Finance or Business and at least one year of customer management experience. Must be fluent in English with strong analytical skills and the ability to navigate multiple software systems simultaneously.
