Lead maintenance teams, promoting the technical and behavioral development of team members. Monitor and analyze maintenance indicators, identifying opportunities for improvement. Plan and execute preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance routines to ensure equipment reliability. Develop and control maintenance plans using appropriate management tools and systems.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related fields. Experience in leading maintenance teams, either directly or indirectly. Strong knowledge of electrical and automation systems, maintenance indicators, and management tools, with desirable experience in mechanics and integrated management systems. Availability to work on-site in Guarulhos, São Paulo, in day and night shifts.
