Manage daily logistics operations including scheduling of receiving and shipping, dock windows, and operational capacity. Ensure adherence between planned and actual operations through KPIs, update systems (ERP/TMS/WMS), and interface with carriers and internal departments to mitigate deviations. Generate reports and analyses to monitor logistics performance and identify improvement opportunities.

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Production Engineering, Administration, or related fields. Experience in Operational Planning and Control (PCO) focused on loading and unloading routines. Practical experience with operational management systems (ERP, TMS, or WMS) and advanced Excel skills for data analysis and KPI tracking.
