People Operations & Employee Journeys Analyst Brasil

Serve as the Brazil subject matter expert for Employee Journeys, ensuring local requirements are reflected in global standards. Map and improve key employee journeys, including onboarding, offboarding, and immigration processes. Partner with HRBPs and other teams to translate business needs into effective People Operations solutions.

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Solid experience in HR, People Operations, or Process Optimization. Demonstrated experience in end-to-end process management and familiarity with Workday and project management tools such as JIRA or Asana is a plus.

This role is hybrid, requiring on-site work 3 times a week. The selected candidate is responsible for any relocation costs as this job is not eligible for relocation benefits.
