What You'll Do
Lead the redesign of Wellz's operations around AI, determining which workflows to rebuild and defining success metrics. Own the AI transformation program for Wellz, translating corporate direction into actionable plans. Drive operational adoption of AI workflows with target teams, ensuring effective implementation. Evaluate whether to build in-house solutions or adopt external vendor tools based on data and ROI.
What We're Looking For
Proven track record of shipping an AI agent or workflow into production. Ability to identify operational bottlenecks and prioritize workflow rebuilds based on evidence. Strong bias to action and comfort with rapid iteration based on feedback. Experience in driving operational change across various departments without direct authority.
