Gestor/a de Proceso Postventa Auto (Ciudad de México, Miguel Hidalgo)

Manage continuous communication with business partners and brokers for the recovery of insurance premiums and timely renewal of policies. Reconcile and validate premium and claims payments directly in bank statements. Apply recovered resources to corresponding credits to ensure comprehensive coverage of the portfolio. Implement initiatives to streamline or automate operational processes in the area.

Advanced Excel skills (70%, pivot tables and data cross-referencing) and Google Sheets. Knowledge in auto and life damage insurance policies. Minimum of a truncated bachelor's degree; ideally completed degree in Administration, Financial Accounting, or related Engineering. Experience in credits and insurance, specifically auto and life damage insurance policies.
