What You'll Do
Review and obtain necessary medical information from hospitals to generate assessment responses. Manage various applications in the area to update files or databases. Identify and prepare express or normal discharges while minimizing exit times. Participate in detecting deviations and verifying justifications to avoid claims.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Administration, Psychology, or related field. Knowledge in insurance is desirable, along with customer service skills and results orientation. Basic English is preferred. Intermediate proficiency in Office software is required.
