Attend, investigate, and follow up on service opportunities created from customer complaints. Identify areas of opportunity during client visits and understand their doubts regarding the service process. Provide support to various operational areas and create memorable moments with external clients.

Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related fields. Experience as a site resident, site supervisor, or internships in construction. Basic knowledge of materials (cement/concrete) and familiarity with measurement tools for construction.
