Coordinate evaluations and provide guidance to internal clients during various stages of the process. Monitor indicators associated with requisitions and provide reliable information for service reports.

Bachelor's degree in economic-administrative areas, Labor or Organizational Psychology, or Human Resources. 1+ years of experience in human capital management or recruitment. Basic English proficiency in reading, writing, and conversation. Knowledge of recruitment techniques and candidate tracking systems.
