Core Responsibilities

Direct the receipt, processing (routing), and dispatch of all packages, along with monitoring deliveries, ensuring compliance with operational and safety procedures within agreed deadlines. Maintain assertive communication with the base of delivery personnel to improve engagement, delivery quality, and cost reduction.

Requirements

Candidates must have completed or be pursuing higher education in Logistics, Administration, or related fields, along with experience in people management. Desirable experience includes working in dynamic companies with intense routines, logistics/transport operations, and familiarity with key operational indicators.
