Operations/ Backoffice Analyst (Analista de Operações/ Backoffice) – São Paulo/ SP (Hybrid)

Execute and follow up on the team's operational processes such as logistics, card deliveries, and chargebacks, ensuring quality and turnaround time. Map existing manual processes to identify opportunities for automation and continuous improvement. Use AI tools and automation platforms to reduce manual work and drive efficiency. Analyze operational data to propose improvements and support evidence-based decisions.

2 to 3 years of market experience in process analysis, operations, or backoffice roles. Complete bachelor degree with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Heavy day-to-day use of AI tools to improve processes and a genuine curiosity and ownership mindset.
