Partner Ops Analyst

Lead the operational performance of the portfolio of associated businesses and conduct periodic follow-ups with commercial and operations teams. Identify deviations proactively, prioritize incidents, and implement sustainable action plans. Analyze trends and root causes to transform them into metrics, dashboards, and actionable business decisions. Collaborate with key stakeholders from different areas to drive continuous operational initiatives.

Bachelor's degree in Economics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. Previous experience in data analysis or operations. Advanced proficiency in Excel and visualization or query tools (SQL, Looker Studio, or similar). Strong analytical thinking skills to identify root causes, manage priorities, and make evidence-based decisions.
