Participate in managing operational risk activities from start to finish, ensuring proper control frameworks are in place. Collaborate on defining and implementing indicators related to operational risk management. Support the documentation of norms and procedures, ensuring controls are reflected in regulations. Assist in training staff on operational risk management processes.

Bachelor's degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Systems, Economics, or related fields. Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in operational risk, auditing, process management, or operational excellence. Knowledge of artificial intelligence and process automation is required. Experience in developing Gems, automations, or scripts is desirable.
