Design, implement, and evaluate training programs on workplace safety, health, and environment for group companies. Develop and manage the annual training program, assess results and KPIs, and advise operational leaders on safety policies. Coordinate unplanned training sessions and maintain records of completed courses and attendance.

Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Industrial Safety Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or similar. 1 year of experience in training roles and 4 years in Safety, Health, and Environment. Intermediate knowledge of Office software and English.
